We are excited to announce the following new services that will be available to you on Monday, August 21, 2017.


New Personal Online Banking

New Business Online Banking

New Mobile App

Popmoney® person-to-person payments


Beginning at 5:00pm on Friday, August 18th, the current online banking will no longer function. We suggest that you print or save your previous bank statements along with check images prior to August 18th. The new online banking will be available by 9:00am on Monday, August 21st. Your log-in information will change. To log into the new online banking, you’ll need to enter your existing login id (in all lowercase letters) and a temporary password. Your temporary password will be the last five (5) digits of the current online banking user’s social security number or tax ID number. Prior account history will be available as soon as it is converted to the new program. All of your bill pay information will be available. There will be instructional videos on the bank’s website to help you navigate through the new personal and business online banking.



Beginning at 5:00pm Friday, August 18th, the current mobile app will not be available. At 12 noon on Monday, August 21st, the new mobile banking program will be available. In order to enroll in mobile banking, you must log in to online banking and click on “enroll” in mobile banking. Then, download our new app from your phone’s app store. Search for “cnbanktexas” in the app store. Use the same login id and password as online banking.



Popmoney® is a person-to-person payment service that enables you to send money to anyone via your mobile device regardless of where the other person banks.To use this product, enroll through online banking. It can be accessed through online banking and our new mobile app.



Your debit card will continue to work using your same PIN.



The telephone banking phone number will remain the same. 1-866-690-BANK (2265) You will be required to re-enroll in this product. Your initial PIN will be the last four digits of your social security number or tax ID number.Your initial sign on will be the social security number or tax ID number. After you have logged on the first time, it will be the account number.



  • All of our branches will be closed on Saturday, August 19th.
  • Checking and savings account customers will be receiving a bank statement dated August 18th and then the normal statement cycle will resume.
  • E-statement customers will receive a paper statement dated August 18th.
  • Mobile Deposit available on September 5, 2017.
