Citizens National Bank Taylor Branch Manager, Candice Karkoska has been in banking since 2019. She began as a Supervisor at her previous FI, and was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager within 8 months. She has attended Personal Account Training Classes, Business Account Training Classes, Compliance Courses, andLeadership Courses. All of her hard work and training led to awards like Regional Employee of the month 5 times. Before banking, she was a District Manager for Bon Worth and managed 13 stores.  

Her Business Philosophy: In our busy, fast-paced culture, I focus on building long-term relationships with teammates and with customers. I ensure my team knows they are appreciated and valued as employees, and as people. During morning meetings, I try to pick out one thing they did great that week and commend them in front of the group. Not only am I focused on satisfying our customers, but I strive to satisfy them with patience, respect, compassion, empathy and understanding because they are the ones who ultimately keep us in business.

Committed to supporting local charities, she is a member of the Taylor Lions Club and supports Down Home Ranch (individuals with disabilities), Taylor ISD Mentorship Program, Jail to Jobs, Veteran Programs, and MANY more.

Karkoska graduated from Mary Hardin Baylor University with a Degree in Psychology, a Minor in Business and has almost completed her Master’s Degree in Biblical Counseling.

Karkoska is family oriented, her child is a chihuahua named Jojo, and she also loves hanging out with her parents. Besides the Lord, they are the light of her life. Her pastor’s family has adopted her as their own, so she has an “adopted” grandmother she takes to church every Sunday and spends the day with her. She also enjoys camping, playing board games, going to the movies, and shopping.
