Conner has been in the financial sector over 40 years.  She has held a number of positions throughout her career which has allowed her to learn and understand many aspects of banking and the financial world.   Over the years, she worked in both Corporate and Community Banks in various positions including Teller, Teller Manager, Customer Service, Customer Service Manager, Personal Banker, Private Banker, BSA Officer, Branch Operations Manager and now Branch Service Manager.  Conner holds her Series 7, 65, 63 and General Insurance Licenses as well.  “With any position I hold, I always strive to exceed a customer’s expectation for customer service.”  There are so many Banking options available, but when the customer receives outstanding service, they want to do business with you.” 

Lisa Conner is honored to call Brenham her hometown.  Although she did live in Houston and College Station for a few years, those experiences made the decision to move back home that much easier.  “I was fortunate to have experienced work and home life in some larger cities, but this made Brenham’s small-town charm that much more appealing when deciding to start a family”. 

After graduating from Brenham High School and Blinn College in Brenham, Conner went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Finance Degree from Sam Houston State University.  She currently serves on the Blinn College Alumni Board and various positions within her Church, Zion Lutheran. 

In her spare time, Conner enjoys spending time with her husband, Craig and two children and their significant others.  She loves traveling to beaches, antiquing, playing games and entertaining family and friends.
