Karissa Evan brings a strong background in client service and leadership to her role as Branch Service Manager. She spent 13 years in the restaurant industry, where she gained extensive experience in bartending, waitressing, and management, developing a natural ability to connect with people and deliver exceptional service. She also worked as a customer service representative for a swimming pool construction company, further strengthening her skills in client communication and problem-solving.
Karissa has always had a passion for math and numbers, which led her to pursue a career in banking. She is deeply committed to her hometown and takes pride in supporting the growth and success of Cameron. Her goal is to create a welcoming, relationship-focused environment where clients feel at home bringing back the sense of community where the lobby is full, conversations are meaningful, and everyone is known by name.
A Cameron native, Karissa was born and raised in the community she now serves. She is a proud mom of two and enjoys spending time with her family. Outside of work, she loves sports, especially cheering on the Texas Longhorns, and enjoys relaxing by or cruising any type of water.
