After spending six years working in his parents’ hardware and glass business, Craig entered banking in the spring of 1999 as a credit analyst for Hartland Bank. Over the years, he held a variety of roles with different employers, focusing on asset-based lending, residential construction, and ultimately, commercial real estate construction.

Craig has also been actively involved in community service, participating in demolition and construction projects with Habitat for Humanity, delivering meals for Meals on Wheels, and most recently serving a two-year term as Vice President of the Board of Directors for CASA of Milam County.

Snow was born and raised in Austin and attended Westwood High School, where he met his wife, Kristina. Snow has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas. They married in June 1993, immediately following graduation, and welcomed their first son, Steven, followed by their son, Matthew. They moved to Cedar Park in 1999.

After becoming empty nesters, Snow purchased property a few miles west of Rockdale, which they now call home. They share their home with two Lab-Pyrenees puppies, Trooper and Rangers, and Scout, their Chihuahua-Pug. Kristina recently retired after a career in education, and the couple remains highly active at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rockdale.

In their free time, Craig and Kristina enjoy camping, hiking, kayaking, and fishing.
