Kaden Dugger brings extensive commercial banking experience and a passion for helping businesses and communities grow. While completing his degree in Communication Studies from California Baptist University, Kaden worked in property management, where he developed an interest in commercial real estate. Following graduation, he began his banking career as a credit analyst in San Diego, California, and has experience working with commercial real estate loans ranging from $150,000 to $75 million.
Kaden believes banking is one of the most relatable professions because nearly everyone relies on a banking relationship throughout their lives. He is grateful to have found a profession he truly enjoys. His business philosophy is rooted in the biblical principle, “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Whether meeting with a client at the bank or visiting a business, Kaden believes in treating everyone with love, respect, and genuine care. He is also a strong advocate for supporting the local economy by living, banking, and shopping locally.
Outside of work, Kaden enjoys spending time with his wife and their growing family. Together, they love taking their RV on trips to explore new cities throughout Texas and the surrounding states. Kaden is also an avid cornhole player who has competed in tournaments across five states and Mexico.
